Jill Gordon has made it a life goal to help others and become a role model for her son. Over the last couple of years, she has learned how to balance personal and professional growth. Jill is very passionate about using her skills to teach and motivate others, guide and encourage growth for other small business owners, and support local communities.

Ms. Gordon has demonstrated her commitment in learning and leading through various awards and recognitions including Mississippi State Business Journals top 10 businesswoman in Mississippi and Top Entrepreneur.

Helping families find their dream home or sell their home is what brings Jill the most joy professionally. She has dedicated herself to listening, helping, and being available. A result from her dedication is being recognized as a Keller Williams’Multimillion Dollar Producer, 2022 Marketing Excellence, the Agents Choice Award, and she serves on 2023 Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams, as well as a member the Executive Leadership Team. Most recently, Jill was recognized on a state level for the 2023 Pinnacle Awards for her digital marketing campaigns and received an award from the Mississippi Sales and Marketing Association.

Jill enjoys spending family time traveling and anything outdoors. She is very active in her son’s life, encouraging him to explore interest to find his passion. Her involvements have been recognized by the Rankin County School District as a recipient of the 2020 Parent of the Year for Northwest Rankin Middle School.
